HEALTHY OVERNIGHT OATS RECIPE
1/2 cup organic rolled oats
1/2 cup water
1 scoop TLS Vanilla Nutrition Shake
1 tbsp organic chia seeds (optional)
1 tbsp organic flax seeds (optional)
1/4 cup greek yogurt
1/4 cup fresh fruits (optional)
1 tbsp cacao nibs (optional)
1 tsp maple syrup / agave / raw honey (optional)
1 tiny pinch organic sea salt (optional)
4 tbsp W PLACE granola
1 tbsp W PLACE Crunchy Almonds / Walnuts
Optional toppings: dried fruit, such as raisins, cranberries / apricots.
* Mix well TLS Nutrition Shake with water and pour into jar / storage container. (*substitute with almond milk / fresh milk)
* Add the ingredients to the jar / storage container in the order listed above: organic rolled oats, organic chia seeds, organic flax seeds, greek yogurt, fresh fruits, maple syrup. Do not shake. Seal jar and refrigerate overnight (or up to 3 days).
* Add W PLACE granola, nuts, berries, or any desired toppings and enjoy!
