Q: How long do your products last?
A: Our granolas and nuts both come in a ziplock pouch to maintain its freshness even after you've started snacking on it.
We recommend that you consume all products within 3 weeks after opening.

We test our products on ourselves and integrate it into our regular diet.

Q: Is this product halal?
A: Although we are not halal-certified, we promise that our products are meat-free and we only use plant based oils. We will be working towards a halal-certification in future.

Q: How does delivery work?
A: We offer courier delivery all across Malaysia - please refer to our Shipping Policy for more information.
Puchase from Retail Outlets: You can pop by any of our stockists to purchase W PLACE products, however, we strongly advise you to call in beforehand as the stockist may not carry our full range or could be out of stock.
Pick up: If a Partner Granola Hub is within your vicinity, you can opt to order online and pick your order up from the selected Hub, a notification message will be sent to you once your order is ready for collection.

Q: How do I pay?
A: We accept all major credit cards and banks in Malaysia, you will be directed to a payment page upon checkout of your card.
