Our Process

The basic premise of our granola creations stems from the use of rolled oats which are organic, and a phenomenal source of manganese, phosphorus, magnesium, iron, zinc, folate, vitamins B1 and B5. Organic rolled oats are simply one of the most spectacularly nutrient dense foods you can consume! Recent concerns globally about poorly treated rolled oats and possible contaminants has meant our team have made swift changes to ensure we now only procure fully imported Organic Rolled Oats for all our recipes! 
 
Our other core ingredient comes from our range of Almond products. The almond is a complex nut which we spend days treating and respecting its elaborate nutritional profile. The nuts are taken through an rigours process of residue removal, a technical sprouting process which breaks down any problematic compounds and aids in digestibility which allows YOU to absorb every element of goodness in full force. These almonds are a quick, delicious and nourishing way to up your magnesium, manganese, fibre and protein!
 
Another luxurious and highly sought after ingredient we use is the Kyoto Uji Matcha. Famed to be the penultimate and highest grade matcha – we have sourced directly this gorgeous rich powder to season one of our best selling creations in the Matcha Granola mix. The powder is processed through the traditional art of stone blending to unlock the highly rich antioxidants, vitamin A, vitamin E and beta-carotene. Most of all this matcha tea blesses our granola with the rich smokey flavour you will not find elsewhere.
